Look no further for a real estate professional. Michelle defines the word professional. She puts all your needs to the forefront, no matter how many people she is working with. She is a wealth of information, is not pushy, and will truly do what is best for you and your wants or needs. She sold my property in 4S Ranch first then a few years later I moved back to San Diego from another state and she was integral in that process. I am beyond grateful for what she and her team has done for me.

I am a retired Realtor and senior citizen. When my wife passed away and my son brought me his Realtor I had high expectations and Michelle Martinez even significantly exceeded those. Emotionally, it was a difficult time for me. Michelle patiently, empathetically and very professionally carried me through every step of the expeditious sale process - and there were hurdles which she deftly maneuvered. Unequivocally, of the thousands of fine agents and brokers I have dealt with over 50 years, Michelle is the very best. Absolutely very highly recommended. Five stars are not even enough!

Michelle Martinez heard that we might be interested in selling our condo from our daughter.She called us and asked if she could show to her clients.She brought them the next day.That evening she came back with a very acceptable offer with a twenty one day escrow.This was a very quick sale and move for us. Michelle made the sale and move easy and even recruited her husband and friends to help us move. I would highly recommend Michelle for any real estate transaction.She is very professional and easy to work with.
